Return Policy

We here at Kiss and Tell Hair Company want you to be fully satisfied with your hair purchase. However, we do realize that receiving a bad batch of hair may occasionally happen (although we do everything in our power that we can to prevent that). In case of such an event, please see our return policy listed below.

  • *Please Note - DO NOT INSTALL THE HAIR IF IT IS A BAD BATCH! Once the hair is installed or dyed or manipulated in ANY way), we cannot accept a return.
  • After emailing us, we will provide you with a mailing label within 3 business days to return the hair.
  • Once we receive the hair, we will you send you a new bundle of hair as a replacement, as well as a coupon towards your next order, for your inconvenience.

Returns are ONLY accepted on hair

  • That has not been altered in any way
  • Within 2 weeks (14 days) timeframe of receiving the hair
  • That have been in contact with our customer service department
